  • What payments do you except?

    We except VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. Unfortunately, we DO NOT except AMEX, cheques or cash (only in Store)

  • Are my payments safe online?

    Rug Station is hosted by Shopify which is one of the largest online Ecommerce platforms worldwide. We also use Paypal and Stripe to process your payments which have proven themselves to be safe and secure.

  • Ordering online

    At Rug Station we try to make it easy for you to order, simply add to cart the product you want, click on the shopping cart on top righ hand side of store and click CHECKOUT. After that there are just a few easy steps to follow and you are all set!

If you feel stuck or in need of help at any time please chat to us via our chat system at bottom right hand side of page, write to us or call us during business hours and we will get back to you promptly.

 

  • Can i pickup my order(s) instore?

    If you happen to live near one of our stores located in Perth then your more than welcome to do so and you will not be charged for delivery. Just choose pickup in-store and your nearest store location for pickup and we will notify you in 2-3 working days after your order for your pickup details.

    Please note PICKUP IN-STORE OPTION ONLY APPLIES TO RUGS LEAVING FROM OUR W.A. WAREHOUSE. this is indicated on the product page under the add to cart button. all other orders leaving from NSW warehouse will be delivered to a street address of your choice.

  • How much do you charge for shipping?

    All purchases above $99 qualifies under our free shipping category. If you don't qualify for free shipping than a standard $29.95 flat rate shipping is applied at checkout automatically.

  • Cushion delivery cost is slightly cheaper with a $15 standard delivery if your orders are under our free shipping criteria of $99. Otherwise anything over is free delivery.

  • Where are my orders coming from?

    At Rug Station we are working with several suppliers in the Eastern States and W.A. and majority of orders will be coming from their warehouses. A small message under the add to cart button will let you know where your product(s) are coming from

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order(s)?

    It all depends on where you are ordering from and which warehouse your rug is located at but usually you are looking between 5-7 working days. Please note delivery time is estimates only and delays outside of our control may occur.

  • How do i track my orders?

    Our orders are shipped via various couriers. If tracking is provided by them we provide you with tracking numbers so that you may monitor its progress. If you have any further questions regarding tracking please email us on info@rugstation.com.au

  • What companies do you use for your deliveries?

    We use Couriers Please, Fastway, Hunter Express and Toll Ipec as our main distributers.

  • Are remote outside of metropolitan areas also under the free shipping category?

    If for some very rare occasions we cannot justify the cost of the delivery because of your location in correlation with which warehouse your rug is coming from we will notify you of this, and give you an option of a small delivery fee or a full refund.

  • Can i get a refund if i change my mind?

    We are sorry but we do not give refunds on change of mind Items, Alternatively you have the option to swap your rug for another of equal or above your total purchase. Please refer to our returns policy page for more details.

  • What happens if my rug is damaged or faulty?

    We will be happy to replace your rug or give you a full refund but please refer to our returns policy for full details.

  • Are all your prices displayed include gst?

    Yes, the prices you see displayed is the final price you pay excluding shipping if applicable.
